U okviru projekta „Tehnička pomoć za održivo upravljanje šumama“, koji sprovodi Organizacija za hranu i poljoprivredu Ujedinjenih nacija (FAO) u saradnji sa Ministarstvom poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede Crne Gore, pokrenut je Zahtjev za ponudu (2024-33) za „Nabavku inventure šuma u dva pilot područja: Crna Gora, Podgorica i Bijelo Polje“.
Usluge za koje se nudi tender u okviru ovog projekta uključuju prikupljanje terenskih podataka sa premjernih površina u okviru dvije pilot gazdinske jedinice, od po 850 ha. Detaljne aktivnosti, ključni pokazatelji učinka i sredstva za verifikaciju dostupni su u tenderskoj dokumentaciji.
Da bi pristupile tenderskoj dokumentaciji i podnijele ponudu, zainteresovane kompanije prvo treba da se registruju na portalu United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) ( https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration) jer samo kompanije registrovane na UNGM imaju pravo učešća. Nakon uspješne registracije, kompanije će moći da pristupe tenderskoj dokumentaciji i podnesu svoje ponude putem istog UNGM portala ( https://www.ungm.org/Account/Account/Login). Uputstva za ponuđače o tome kako pristupiti FAO tenderskoj dokumentaciji i podnijeti ponude putem UNGM-a detaljno su objašnjena u priloženom dokumentu.
Rok za podnošenje ponude za tender je 2. avgust 2024. godine do 13:00 časova.
O projektu:
Projekat „Tehnička pomoć za održivo upravljanje šumama“ sprovodi Organizacija za hranu i poljoprivredu Ujedinjenih nacija (FAO) kako bi pružila podršku Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede sa ciljem formulacije sveobuhvatne metodologije za kreiranje planova upravljanja privatnim šumama.
Budžet projekta iznosi 175.000 USD i sprovodi se u periodu od 2 godine, počevši od septembra 2023. do septembra 2025. godine. Sveukupni cilj projekta je razvijanje kapaciteta i jačanje nadzora nad sprovođenjem planova upravljanja šumama u privatnim šumama.

Call for Participation to Tender for the Procurement of forest inventory in two pilot areas Montenegro, Podgorica and Bijelo Polje
Within the frame of the project “Technical Assistance for Sustainable Forest Management” , implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Montenegro, a Request for Proposal (2024-33) has been launched for the “Procurement of forest inventory in two pilot areas Montenegro, Podgorica and Bijelo Polje”.
Services tendered for under this project include conducting field data collection on inventory plots in two pilot forest management planning units of 850 ha of forest each. Detailed activities, key performance indicators and means of verifications are available in tender documents.
In order to access the tender documents and submit a proposal, interested companies should first register in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) portal (https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration) as only UNGM registered companies are eligible to participate. After successful registration, companies will be able to access the tender documents and submit their proposals through the same UNGM portal (https://www.ungm.org/Account/Account/Login). The bidders’ instructions on how to access Fao tender documents and submit bids through UNGM are explained in details in the attached document.
The deadline for submitting a proposal for the tender is 02 August, 2024 until 13:00 CET.
About the Project:
The project “Technical Assistance for Sustainable Forest Management” – is implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to provide support to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Managment with the goal of formulating a comprehensive methodology for the creation of private forest management plans. The Project budget is USD 175.000 and is implemented over a period of 2 years, starting from September 2023 until September 2025. The overall objective of the project is to develope capacities and strengthen monitoring of the implementation of Forest Management Plans in private forests.
