Ovo su sinteti\u010dke materije, ali se mogu dobiti i prirodnim putem\u00a0 iz biljaka koje sadr\u017ee \u0161e\u0107ere. Ima ga u \u017eeleu, \u0111\u017eemu, \u017evaka\u0107im gumama,\nkonzerviranom vo\u0107u, prelivima za salatu i deserte itd. Saharin je najstariji\nvje\u0161ta\u010dki zasla\u0111iva\u010d koji je poznat od oko 1870. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspartam\nje zasla\u0111iva\u010d koji je od 180 do 200 puta sla\u0111i od \u0161e\u0107era. Prehrambena\nindustrija ga koristi kao aditiv zasla\u0111iva\u010d (me\u0111unarodni kod E-951) u skoro\nsvim prehrambenim proizvodima i napicima, iako su poznati njegovi \u0161tetni efekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukraloza\nse dobija iz \u0161e\u0107era od koga je sla\u0111a \u010dak 600 puta. S obzirom da gotovo nemaju kalorija, njihov najve\u0107i zna\u010daj se ogleda kod osoba koje \u017eele da smanje unos kalorija i koli\u010dinu prostih \u0161e\u0107era. Me\u0111utim, \u010dak je i ovaj unos energije uz pomo\u0107 vje\u0161ta\u010dkih zasla\u0111iva\u010da jako diskutabilan, jer su drugi podaci\u00a0 pokazali da se unos energije mo\u017ee \u010dak i pove\u0107ati tokom narednog dana (Lavin et al., 1997). Ta\nistra\u017eivanja su se u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva odnosila na pacove, a otpo\u010dela su kada je\nustanovljeno da ciklamat pomije\u0161an sa saharinom izaziva kancer be\u0161ike kod\nlaboratorijskih \u017eivotinja. Sli\u010dno je i sa saharinom koji kod istih \u017eivotinja\nizaziva pove\u0107anje u\u010destalosti tumora be\u0161ike. Kasnije studije su ustanovile da\nse ovi \u0161tetni efekti ne odnose na ljude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se\ngovori o dozvoljenoj koli\u010dini na dnevnom nivou, mogu se na\u0107i podaci da je ona dosta\nmanja od doze za koju se pretpostavlja da bi mogla dovesti do zdrastvenih\nproblema. Me\u0111utim Soffritti et al.,2005) nakon \u0161to su pomo\u0107u laboratorijskog\nistra\u017eivanja &nbsp;ukazali &nbsp;na ve\u0107u pojavu limforma i leukemije kod pacova\nkojima je data ve\u0107a doza aspartama, iste godine su iznijeli prve ubjedljive\ndokaze za kancorogene efekte dozvoljene doze aspartama (\u010dak i manje) za dnevni\nunos ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je\nu pitanju vje\u0161ta\u010dki zasla\u0111iva\u010d saharin, Weihrauch and Diehl (2004) su u svom\npreglednom \u010dlanku o kancerogenim rizicima vje\u0161ta\u010dkih zasla\u0111iva\u010da zaklju\u010dili da\nsaharin izaziva rak be\u0161ike kod pacova i da upotreba te\u0161kih vje\u0161ta\u010dkih\nzasla\u0111iva\u010da dovodi do pove\u0107anog rizika raka be\u0161ike kod ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada su\nu pitanju istra\u017eivanja koja se odnose o uticajima vje\u0161ta\u010dkih zasla\u0111iva\u010da na\nljudsko zdravlja, mora se navesti i \u010dinjenica na postojanje privatnih interesa\nodre\u017eenih grupa i na njihovo uplitanja u procese istra\u017eivanja. Tako su nakon\nistra\u017eivanja grupe nau\u010dnika i dostavljanja njihovih ubjedljivih dokaza o\nkancerogenim efektima dozvoljene doze aspartama (Sofrritti et al., 2006),\nMagnuson sa Univerziteta u Marylandu i Williams sa Medicinskog koled\u017ea u New\nYorku sumnjali u ove pronalaske i ukazali na nekoliko gre\u0161aka u metodu. Ono \u0161to\nje va\u017eno ista\u0107i, je da su Magnuson i Williams primili uplatu od Burdock\nGrupacije tokom priprema stru\u010dnog razmatranja bezbjednosti aspartama i Burdock\nGrupacija je upravljala nezavisnim razatranjem koju je finansijski podr\u017eala\nAjinomoto Company Inc, proizvo\u0111a\u010d aspartama. Tako\u0111e prva dva istra\u017eivanja\n(Jeffrey i Williams, 2000; Butchko et al, 2002) koja su sprovedena nakon\nzaklju\u010dka o \u0161tetnom uticaju aspartama&nbsp;\n(Weihraucha and Diehl 2004) su pod znakom pitanja zbog povezanosti sa\nkompanijama koje proizvode zasla\u0111iva\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S.K. Van\nden Eeden et al. (1994) su u svom istra\u017eivanju otkrili povezanost aspartama sa\nglavoboljom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom na navedeno i na \u010dinjenicu da vje\u0161ta\u010dki zasla\u0111iva\u010di nemaju nikakvu hranljivu vrijednost,\u00a0 mo\u017ee se zaklju\u010diti da prilikom konzumiranja proizvoda sa vje\u0161ta\u010dkim zasla\u0111iva\u010dima treba biti oprezan, odnosno koristiti ih u manjoj koli\u010dini (ako postoji potreba njihovog kori\u0161\u0107enja). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pripremio: <\/strong>dipl. ing. polj.
