Kod biljaka se\nnaj\u010de\u0161\u0107e javlja deficit hlora, kada je rije\u010d o \u017eivotinjama kod njih dolazi do nedostatka\nhlora i natrijuma, tako da se obrocima mora dodavati NaCl (kuhinjska so).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U organizmu \u017eivotinja se nalaze u vidu jona.\nEkstracelularni su elementi (nalaze se u tjelesnim te\u010dnostima), tako\u0111e ulaze u\nsastav mekog tkiva i krvne plazme. Glavna uloga im je u regulisanju osmotskog\npritiska, acido-bazne ravnote\u017ee, kao i kontrolu vode unutar organizma. Pozitivno\nuti\u010du na metaboli\u010dke i fiziolo\u0161ke osobine organizma. Potrebe za ovim mineralima\nsu ve\u0107e kod mladih \u017eivotinja, nego kada se razvije organizam jer njihov deficit\nne\u0107e prouzrokovati opasne posljedice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natrijum je glavni katjon u krvnoj plazmi.\nNjegova uloga pored navedenih je da ulazi u sastav kostiju i mi\u0161i\u0107a. Zna\u010dajna\nuloga mu je da uti\u010de na nervni sistem, tj. na preno\u0161enje nadra\u017eaja, kao i\nkontrakciju mi\u0161i\u0107a. Pozitivno uti\u010de na opstanak mikroflore u \u017eelucu pre\u017eivara i\nomogu\u0107ava usvajanje organskih masnih kiselina preko epitela rumena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlor je anjon. Pored navedenih uloga uti\u010de na sastav hlorovodoni\u010dne kiseline u \u017eelucu, pankreasnog i crijevnog soka, jednom rije\u010dju uti\u010de na varenje. Izlu\u010duje se ve\u0107inom preko\nurina u vidu NaCl kako se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e i unosi u organizam, dok se drugi vid\nosloba\u0111anja natrijuma i hlora mo\u017ee ostvariti preko znoja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izlu\u010divanje ovih minerala se ve\u0107inom vr\u0161i preko\nbubrega, uslijed deficita dolazi do smanjenja njihovog izlu\u010divanja preko urina.\nNedostatak natrijuma i hlora u organizmu da bi prouzrokovali ozbiljnije\nprobleme potrebno je da se du\u017ei period ne unose u organizam, zna\u010dajno je to da\ndeficit nije toliko opasan po \u017eivotinje, ali uti\u010de na produktivne osobine.\nNajvi\u0161e su osjetljive visokomlije\u010dne krave i ovce. Preko mlijeka se Na i Cl\nizlu\u010duju u velikoj koli\u010dini, a oskudan je u hrani, tako da se preko jedinjenja\nNaCl (so) mo\u017ee nadomjestiti nedostatak. Problemi koji se javljaju kod svih\nkategorija su spor porast, smanjena produktivnost, gubi se apetit, slabost.\nNedostatak natrijuma dovodi do gr\u010denja mi\u0161i\u0107a, poreme\u0107aja nadra\u017eaja, reprodukcije\ni pada krvnog pritiska. Glavni pokazatelj da je do\u0161lo do nedostatka ovih\nminerala je taj \u0161to se \u017eivotinjama javlja etiopatija- li\u017eu zid, glo\u0111u i jedu\ndrvene jasle, li\u017eu zemlju&#8230; Kod \u017eivine se javlja pad nosivosti, kanibalizam i &nbsp;\u010dupanje perja. Kod koka nosilja smanjene\nkoli\u010dine unosa natrijuma i hlora, odnosno natrijum-hlorida prouzrokuje meku\nljusku i smanjenog je kvaliteta. Iz ovih razloga potrebno je da se dodaje\nkokama nosiljama &nbsp;0.2-0.3% natrijum\nhlorida uz hranu (toksi\u010dna doza je ako se nalazi 4% soli u obroku). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi se izbjegao deficit natrijuma i hlora\nnajbolje je preventivno djelovati i dodati odgovaraju\u0107e koli\u010dine NaCl uz\nstandardni obrok, jer drugi hloridi nisu ba\u0161 toliko efikasni. Biljke su oskudne\nu ovim elementima. Optimalna doza davanja je razli\u010dita kod odre\u0111enih kategorija\ni vrsta \u017eivotinja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Vrste soli\nmogu biti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Morska-\nNastala isparavanjem morske vode<\/li><li>Kamena-\nPoti\u010de od ruda<\/li><li>Varena-\nIzvorska slana voda<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> NaCl se \u010desto jodira, jer su neka podru\u010dja oskudna u jodu. Dodaje se u koli\u010dini od 10 mg kalijum ili natrijum- jodida. Vlaga treba da je ispod 2%. Postoje normativi po kojima se prave optimalni odnosi pojedinih minerala prilikom sastavljanja soli. Kamena so je pogodna da se daje \u017eivotinjama, jer se mo\u017ee koristiti po volji. Natrijum-hlorid se dodaje koncentrovanim smje\u0161ama i to se spravlja u fabrikama sto\u010dne hrane. Pre\u017eivarima se mo\u017ee davati krupna kuhinjska so u odgovaraju\u0107im koli\u010dinama. Mo\u017ee se koristi da bi se pobolj\u0161ao ukus i kvalitet hraniva kao \u0161to su slama i lisnik. Ova hraniva se u nekim predjelima koriste naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e za ishranu ovaca i koza. Te\u017eina blokova je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e od 1-15 kg zavisno od vrste \u017eivotinje, mada postoji manjih i ve\u0107ih dimenzija zavisno od proizvo\u0111a\u010da i od potrebe kupaca. Daju se po volji \u017eivotinjama. Ve\u0107inom su namijenjeni za goveda i ovce. U lovi\u0161tima se obavezno daje so u tzv. soli\u0161tima, da bi biljojedi (srne, jeleni, koze) mogli da zadovolje potrebe u mineralima. Srnda\u0107ima je potrebno oko 1kg soli na godi\u0161njem nivou, dok je jelenima zadovoljavaju\u0107a koli\u010dina oko 3-4 kg uz optimalnu koli\u010dinu vode. Kako \u0107e \u017eivotinje uticati na preveliku koli\u010dinu unijete soli zavisi od\nbubrega i koli\u010dine vode. \u010cesto se \u017eivotinjama daju ve\u0107e koli\u010dine od potrebnih,\nvi\u0161ak se izbacuje preko urina i zato im je neophodna dovoljna koli\u010dina vode.\nProblemi i trovanje mogu nastati kod jedinki koje du\u017ei period nisu konzumirale so\ni odjednom im je ponu\u0111ena ve\u0107a koli\u010dina. Trovanje natrijum hloridom je\nproblemati\u010dno kada uslijed konzumiranja ve\u0107ih koli\u010dina nemaju dovoljno vode\n(javlja se dehidratacije). Dolazi do dijareje, jaka \u017ee\u0111, slabost mi\u0161i\u0107a, otoka,\na mo\u017ee nastupiti smrt u roku od 24-48 h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebe svih vrsta \u017eivotinja u Na i Cl \u00a0je 0.1-0.2 % suve materije. Natrijum hlorid kod skoro svih \u017eivotinje u\u010destvuje 0.2-0.5% obroka.
