U ishrani se koristi mlade gran\u010dice, kao za\u010din jelima, salati i pri preradi povr\u0107a.Sadr\u017ei miri\u0161ljavo eteri\u010dno ulje, a svje\u017ee li\u0161\u0107e sadr\u017ei oko 170mg vitamina C i 8mg karotena. Njeno porijeklo je sa Mediterana, a sa vremenom se pro\u0161irila po cijelom svijetu. Miro\u0111ija sadr\u017ei velike koli\u010dine magnezijuma, kalcijuma i gvo\u017e\u0111a i bogata je flavonoidima sna\u017enim antioksidantima koji imaju antiupalna i antivirusna svojstva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miro\u0111ija ima male potrebe za toplotom, sjeme klija na ve\u0107 3\u00b0C, a biljaka najbolje raste na temperaturi 15-17\u00b0C. U po\u010detnim fazama rasta ima velike potrebe za vodom, postaje otporna na su\u0161u tek kada se ukorjeni. Sije se rano u prolje\u0107e,\nnakon poslednjeg zimskog mraza. Njeni listovi se mogu stalno brati, a sjemenke\nrano u jesen kada sazri. Plodovi miro\u0111ije su tamno-sme\u0111i i sazrijevaju u toku\navgusta i septembra. Najsna\u017enija aroma je prije cvjetanja. Aroma koja je svima\npoznata je ona u kisjelim krastavcima. Pored gajenja u saksiji, odli\u010dna je\nbiljka za gajenje u ku\u0107nim uslovima u saksiji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sjemenke miro\u0111ije<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sjemenke miro\u0111ije su aromati\u010dne i pune minerala, hranljivih materija i vitamina koji su dobri za na\u0161e zdravlje. Dodaju se jelima, posebno koja su masna jer dobro uti\u010de na varenje. Daju se djeci i bebama koja imaju digestivne smetnje, zbog bolje probave. Sjemenke se jo\u0161 koriste kod nadimanja, goru\u0161ice, poja\u010danog lu\u010denja kisjeline u \u017eeludcu i djeluju kao diuretik. Koriste se jo\u0161 i za pobolj\u0161avanje daha koji dobija sladak ukus i smatra se da su zdravoje od \u017evaka. U medicini sjemenke miro\u0111ije se preporu\u010duju za bronhitis i jak ka\u0161alj. Neka istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da mogu da ubla\u017ee i neke vrste tumora. Kada se\nkoristi sa hranom, mo\u017ee mnogo pomo\u0107i za olak\u0161anje simptoma urinarnog trakta,\nbubrega i probave. Mo\u017ee se nanositi na ko\u017eu jer poma\u017ee pri zarastanju rana i\ninfekcija ko\u017ee. Ulje tako\u0111e ima i terapijsko dejstvo, a djeluje kao antiseptik\ni anestetik, a poma\u017ee i kod lu\u010denja maj\u010dinog mlijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U svakoj \u010dorbi miro\u0111ija <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na osnovu ove izreke mo\u017eemo zaklju\u010diti, da je miro\u0111ija biljka koja se koristi kao za\u010din u ve\u0107ini jela.
