Porijeklo ove biljke je iz Kine odakle se na prostor Evrope pro\u0161irila u 18.vijeku.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jugoslavija 1918. godine biva oboga\u0107ena ovom biljkom i tako po\u010dinje selekcijski i oplemenjiva\u010dki rad. Soja ja jedna od najra\u0161irenijih i najiskoristivijih biljaka.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konzumiranjem sojinog zrna primije\u0107en je smanjen porast pacova me\u0111utim ovaj \u0161tetan faktor se elimini\u0161e termi\u010dkim tretiranjem soje. Utvr\u0111eno je da se radi o supstanci koja je proteinske prirode i koja u digestivnom traktu \u017eivotinja, pankreasu, inhibira lu\u010denje enzima tripsina. Poslednjih nekoliko decenija termi\u010dki obra\u0111eno sojino zrno postaje veoma va\u017eno i cijenjeno proteinsko hranivo u ishrani doma\u0107ih \u017eivotinja jer sadr\u017ei visok procenat proteina ali i energije. Proteini soje su visoke biolo\u0161ke vrijednosti sa visokim sadr\u017eajem lizina, dok su deficitarne i limitiraju\u0107e aminokiseline u zrnu soje cistin i metionin. Lizin je aminokiselina koja je nu\u017ean gradivni element za pravilan rast i razvoj organizma kao i za proizvodnju energije.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najve\u0107i problem kod soje jeste prisustvo antinutritivnih materija koje mogu biti:<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>termolabilne:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">inhibitori serin proteaza,<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">lektini (hemaglutinini-izazivaju aglutinaciju crvenih krvnih zrnaca),<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">goitrogeni (izazivaju uve\u0107anje tiroidne \u017elijezde),<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ureaza (razla\u017ee ureu do amonijaka)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>temostabilne:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>saponini,<\/li>\r\n<li>estrogeni,<\/li>\r\n<li>cijanogeni,<\/li>\r\n<li>fitinska kiselina, a<\/li>\r\n<li>ntigeni.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovaj problem je lako rje\u0161iv, a najefikasniji na\u010din smanjenja termolabilnih antinutritivnih materija\u00a0 je termi\u010dka obrada zrna. Neadekvatno kori\u0161tenje temperature i du\u017eina trajanja procesa obrade sojinog zrna, mogu dovesti do gubitka ukupne hranljive vrijednosti soje a samim tim direktno depresivno dejstvo na proizvodne rezultate \u017eivotinje. Alternativa jeste kori\u0161\u0107enje sorti soje sa smanjenom koli\u010dinom tripsin inhibitora, kao \u0161to je Kunitz soja i Bowman-Brik. Tako\u0111e, pili\u0107i su osjetljiviji na antinutritivne materije iz zrna soje u odnosu na svinje. Ishrana svinja i prasi\u0107a ne dovodi do hipertofije (uve\u0107anja) pankreasa.\u00a0 Za ovu vrstu nepre\u017eivara u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u obroku preko 10% se ne preporu\u010duje, jer ve\u0107e koli\u010dine dovode do strukturnih promjena masnog tkiva svinje. Soja se u ishrani pre\u017eivara mo\u017ee davati u sirovom stanju ali nikako kada se u obroku nalazi dodata urea. Ureaza, porijeklom iz sojinog zrna kada se na\u0111e u kontaktu sa ureom, dovodi do osloba\u0111anja velikih koli\u010dina amonijaka u buragu usled \u010dega \u017eivotinja nije u stanju da iskoristi cjelokupnu koli\u010dinu oslobo\u0111enog amonijaka te se smanjuje iskori\u0161\u0107avanje obroka i dolazi do toksikacije krvi. Tako\u0111e, teladima koja su lak\u0161a od 200 kg ne treba davati sirovo zrno soje zbog nedovoljno razvijenog kapaciteta \u017eeludaca. Sojina poga\u010da se koristi i u ishrani brojlera i \u0107urki.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>Obradom sojinog zrna dobija se nekoliko visokocijenjenih hraniva za ishranu \u017eivotinja: pr\u017eeno (tostirano) zrno, sojin griz, sojina sa\u010dma, sojina poga\u010da, sojino bra\u0161no, koncentrat preoteina soje, ljuske soje.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poga\u010da soje ima <strong>8 puta<\/strong> vi\u0161e ulja od sa\u010dme. Odlikuje je i visoka svarljivost proteina, visok nivo metaboli\u010dke energije, visok nivo vitamina E, visok nivo holina, prijatan ukus, izvanredna dugotrajnost i stabilnost kao i otpornost na negativno djelovanje vlage.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dokazano je da krave u \u010dijoj je ishrani u\u010destvovala sojina poga\u010da u koli\u010dini od <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">13-16%<\/span> pove\u0107avaju koli\u010dine mlijeka <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">od 1-2 litra dnevno.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pripremila: <\/strong>Dragana Radovi\u0107<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soja (Glycine max) je biljna vrsta iz porodice Fabaceae.
