Rase ovaca koje su se koristile od davnina danas smatramo autohtonim sortama, \u010dije su proizvodne odlike prilago\u0111ene takvom na\u010dinu uzgoja. Me\u0111utim, pojavom stranih sorti, prvenstveno iz zapadne Evrope ali i Rusije, po\u010deo se razvijati i uzgoj ovaca u \u0161talama, \u0161to dosta olak\u0161ava sam proces uzgoja.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Mlije\u010dne rase ovaca<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Uzgoj ovaca se vr\u0161i radi dobijanja mesa, mlijeka i vune, na osnovu \u010dega se i dijele sve rase ovaca. Jedna od kategorija rasa su i rase ovaca koje se koriste isklju\u010divo za uzgoj mlijeka, kao \u0161to su isto\u010dnofrizijska i sardinijska ovca. Nakon toga se pristupa pakovanju, koje se uglavnom vr\u0161i vakumiranjem.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Kako plasirati ov\u010diji sir?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ov\u010diji sir je na na\u0161im prostoima veoma popularan i potra\u017enja za njim je velika. Kako bi proizvo\u0111a\u010di postigli bolju cijenu i plasirali svoje proizvode kroz maloprodajne lance, potrebno je obratiti pa\u017enju na brending i marketing proizvoda. To se najvi\u0161e odnosi na izgled samog sira i pakovanja, proizvodnju po svim propisanim standaridma te promociju proizvoda.
