Kako bi se osigurala kvalitetna ishrana biljaka i pobolj\u0161ao kvalitet zemlji\u0161ta, mnogi se okre\u0107u kompostiranju. Ekolo\u0161ki koncept.<\/p><\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0160ta je boka\u0161i kompost?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sama rije\u010d boka\u0161i japanskog je porijekla i odnosi se na &#8220;fermentisanu organsku materiju&#8221;. Ranih osamdesetih godina pro\u0161log vijeka, dr <strong>Teruo Higa<\/strong>, profesor sa <strong>Univerziteta Rijukjus, Okinava, Japan<\/strong>, uspio je da izoluje efektivne mikroorganizme iz zemlji\u0161ta, skra\u0107eno nazvane<strong> EM<\/strong>. Od preko 80 mikroorganizama uspio je stvoriti te\u010dni inaktivni oblik. Prvo \u0161to je primijetio je da ovi mikroorganizmi aktivno razla\u017eu organski otpad u zemlji\u0161tu i stvaraju visokokvalitetan humus, aktiviraju zemlji\u0161ne materije koje hrane gajene biljke. Kasnije \u0107e EM preparati dobiti mnogo \u0161iru primjenu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">U Azijskim zemljama od davnina su razvijane razli\u010dite metode \u0111ubrenja organskim materijama, dok se na zapadu ideja o kompostiranju, posebno o boka\u0161i kompostiranju, sporo prihvatala. Na na\u0161em podru\u010dju jo\u0161 uvijek nema boka\u0161i startera i ljudi koji se bave kompostiranjem na ovaj na\u010din prinu\u0111eni su sami pripremati boka\u0161i starter od pirin\u010da i mlijeka. Na ovaj na\u010din osigurava se dobra fermentacija kuhinjskog otpada u anaerobnim uslovima. Sam proces fermentacije kuhinjskog otpada je pod djelovanjem mikroorganizama i to: <em>Saccharomices spp<\/em>. kvasaca i <em>Lactobacillus spp<\/em>. bakterija mlije\u010dno &#8211; kiselog vrenja. Mikroorganizme iz ovih grupa nalazimo u jogurtu, sila\u017ei, sjena\u017ei, <strong>\u0161to nam govori da se u pripremi boka\u0161ija koriste mikroorganizmi koji se nalaze u prirodi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kuhinjski otpad, organski otpad iz kuhnje sa otpadom od mesa i mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, pomije\u0161a se sa boka\u0161i starterom i pritisne u kanti kako bi se istisnuo vazduh. Odozgo se pospe sa starterom i ostavi u poklopljenoj posudi. Drugi na\u010din je da se dodaje otpad u slojevima. Kako pravimo otpad, svaki sloj pospemo starterom i dobro pritisnemo. Napunjena posuda, koju smo poklopili, ostaje tako <strong>10 do 15 dana<\/strong>. Za to vrijeme potreban je svaki drugi dan odvrnuti slavinu kako bi iza\u0161la te\u010dnost koja nastaje u procesu boka\u0161i kompostiranja.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Kompostiranje u kuhinji<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kod klasi\u010dnog kompostiranja u kompostnu masu dodajemo zeleni i sme\u0111i materijal, odnosno: poko\u0161enu travu, sijeno, li\u0161\u0107e, gran\u010dice, ostatke od povr\u0107a i sli\u010dno. U boka\u0161i kompostnu masu osim organskog otpada iz kuhinje dodajemo mlije\u010dne proizvode i ostatke mesa, \u010dak i sitnije kosti. Ovaj na\u010din kompostiranja nam omogu\u0107ava da sav otpad koji stvorimo prilikom pripreme ru\u010dka i \u0161to ostane posle jela\u00a0 pretvorimo u visokovrijedno kompostno \u0111ubrivo.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Naravno, otpadni materijal poput ambala\u017ee, deterd\u017eenata, masno\u0107a, sapuna, boja, lakova <strong>ne dodajemo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Za uspje\u0161no boka\u0161i kompostiranje potrebna je dobra posuda za kompostiranje, kuhinjski otpad i boka\u0161i starter. Posuda za boka\u0161i kompostiranje mora da osigura ispunjavanje uslova:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">da se mo\u017ee dobro zatvoriti kako bi se osigurali anaerobni uslovi,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">da omogu\u0107i oticanje te\u010dnog sadr\u017eaja i ne bi smjela biti manje zapremine od pet litara.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mo\u017eemo koristiti namjenske posude za boka\u0161i kompostiranje, obi\u010dnu plasti\u010dnu burad sa slavinom i poklopcem ili mo\u017eemo iskoristiti dvije plasti\u010dne kante i jedan poklopac. Na na\u0161em podru\u010dju najlak\u0161e je da odaberemo plasti\u010dno burence sa slavinom i poklopcem. Posudu za boka\u0161i mo\u017eemo i sami napraviti na taj na\u010din \u0161to uzmemo dvije kante iste zapremine. Takve kante se mogu staviti jedna u drugu. Kanti koja ide u unutra\u0161njost potrebno je izbu\u0161iti dno. Tako \u0107e dno kante biti rupi\u010dasto i te\u010dnost \u0107e se cijediti u spoljnju kantu. Svaki neprijatan mris nam govori da se ne\u0161to u procesu fermentacije desilo i sam proces je oti\u0161ao u krivom pravcu. Lo\u0161 miris nam je prvi pokazatelj da smo negdje pogrije\u0161ili. <strong>Ponekad je dovoljno posuti sadr\u017eaj u kanti sa boka\u0161i starterom da bi se problem rije\u0161io<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">U procesu boka\u0161i kompostiranja dobijamo dva odli\u010dna proizvoda: <em>te\u010dnost koja se izdvaja tokom fermentacije i kruto \u0111ubrivo. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Te\u010dnost<\/strong> je bogata korisnim mikroorganizmima. Mo\u017ee da se koristi na razli\u010dite na\u010dine: za uklanjanje neugodnih mirisa iz odvoda (posebno iz sudopera), za zalivanje biljka (potrebno je razbla\u017eiti vodom). <strong>Te\u010dnost se koristi u roku od 24 sata.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong> Kruto \u0111ubrivo<\/strong>, pred kompost, mo\u017ee se dodavati u klasi\u010dan kompost, zakopati u zemlji\u0161te ili koristiti za pripremu kompostnog \u010daja.
